Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Remocn Studio website, waitlist and early-access releases of the Remocn Studio desktop app. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them.

Remocn Studio is pre-release software. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change, break or be discontinued at any time. Early access is free; we will announce pricing before the public release.

Making and exporting videos is free and stays free. A paid Pro plan adds the directing tools — motion design skills, the pipeline, Inspect and Snapshot; the pricing page describes where the line falls today. Paid plans are billed yearly or monthly, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record: Creem is the seller on the invoice and handles applicable tax. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

The videos, projects, assets and code you create with Remocn Studio are yours. Projects are standard Remotion code stored on your machine; we claim no rights to your output.

The app works with the coding-agent subscription you bring (such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot or Grok). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. Rendering is powered by the open-source Remotion framework, which has its own license for company use.

Stock photos and videos found through the built-in search are provided by Pexels and licensed to you directly under the Pexels License, not by us. Third-party components and their licenses are listed on the third-party notices page.

Don't use Remocn Studio to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure. We may revoke early access for abuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remocn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of pre-release software.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above and announce material changes by email to the waitlist.
