Refund Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

The short version

If a Remocn Studio Pro charge isn't what you wanted, write to us within 14 days of it and we refund it. You don't have to explain why.

Who you are paying

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem is the name on your statement, issues the invoice, and handles any sales tax or VAT. Refunds go back through Creem to the card or account you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

What is refundable

Any Pro charge — the first one or a renewal — within 14 days of the date it was taken. Yearly plans included: a yearly charge refunded inside that window is refunded in full, not prorated.

After 14 days a charge isn't refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing renews after that.

The trial

Pro starts with a free trial and no card, so there is nothing to refund if you decide it isn't for you. You are charged only after you choose a plan.

What you keep

Refunding or cancelling Pro doesn't touch your work. Every project is ordinary Remotion code in a folder on your machine, and the free tier keeps the app, the live preview and the mp4 export — so everything you made stays openable and re-renderable.

Abuse

We may decline a refund where a subscription was repeatedly bought and refunded, or where the account was used to break these terms.

How to ask

Write to support@remocn.dev from the address you paid with, or reply to the Creem receipt. One line is enough.
